Juliana Penteado is a Brazilian pastry chef based in Lisbon since 2018. Trained in Nutrition and holding the Grand Diplôme from Le Cordon Bleu London, she worked six years with the Fasano group in São Paulo and gained experience in Paris. In Lisbon, she joined the 100 Maneiras pastry team and launched her brand, combining classic French techniques with innovative use of culinary essential oils. In 2024, she was a judge on “MasterChef Portugal.” She runs two shops in central Lisbon offering a constantly evolving dessert menu.
