Cascais - Doors open at 12pm and close at midnight. Pop-up Aveiro and Pop-up Foz Côa - Doors open for lunch at 12 noon and close at 16:30. Doors open again for Dinner at 18:30 and close at 23:00. Pop-up Vilamoura - Doors open at 17h and close at 00h.
It is possible to enter and leave the premises.
Yes, tickets will be available for purchase at the entrance. However, we strongly recommend buying them online for faster access and to avoid queues.

Yes. You'll find a variety of seating options, including communal tables, hay bales, and lounge areas with sofas. Seating is unreserved and available on a first-come basis.
Pets are allowed, but we do not recommend bringing them due to safety and food hygiene concerns. Service animals are welcome, in accordance with current legislation.
Chefs on Fire uses 3cket’s digital ticketing system. After purchasing, you’ll receive an SMS with a link to your digital ticket, including a personal QR code. This ticket is used for entry, food and drink consumption, and merchandise purchases. You can top up your balance anytime at on-site charging stations or directly on your phone via MB Way, VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Tickets are personal and valid for one person only. However, you are welcome to share your included food portions with others if you wish.
Each ticket includes several food portions prepared by our chefs. Each day offers several food points, featuring meat, fish, vegetarian, and dessert dishes. If you run out of portions, you can top up your ticket balance at any time to try more.
We offer vegetarian options. While we strive to accommodate dietary preferences, we cannot guarantee the availability of vegan or gluten-free options.
Any remaining balance can be refunded upon request via the 3cket app, within the timeframe specified after the event.

While your ticket includes food portions, you can top up your balance to buy more. Prices for extra portions will be clearly displayed at each vendor station.
In the event that the festival is officially canceled, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of the public cancellation notice, following the procedure outlined by LOHAD.
An event will only be considered canceled if more than half of the scheduled performances (by chefs or artists) are suspended due to the inability of invited participants to attend. LOHAD reserves the right to modify the program if a chef or artist is unable to participate for reasons beyond the festival's control. In such cases, LOHAD will seek suitable replacements.
Please note that ticket refunds will not be issued in the event of cancellation caused by bad weather, natural disasters, closure of airspace, or other force majeure circumstances. In any case of ticket refund: Only the ticket value will be refunded. Expenses such as travel, accommodation, ticket outlet commissions, or any other services purchased independently are non-refundable and remain the full responsibility of the ticket holder. LOHAD will not be liable for any losses related to third-party arrangements or expenses.
