Exuberante
Born in Viseu, she grew up in her parents’ restaurant, where her passion for cooking emerged early on. At 16, she moved to Coimbra to study Culinary Techniques and Pastry, followed by a degree in Kitchen Management and Production, completing internships at Casa da Ínsua and the Michelin-starred Feitoria (Altis Belém). After graduating, she joined the Altis Group, where she continues to build her career. She is currently the Head Chef at Altis Porto Hotel and its restaurant Exuberante. Her cooking is rooted in simplicity, flavour, and a deep respect for ingredients and culinary memory.
