Paulo Carvalho grew up among the flavors of Sesimbra and is now the Executive Chef of three places that are already part of the town's soul: Zagaia, O Batel and Ítalo Pizza Bar. He has worked in top kitchens such as Tavares (1* Michelin), the Pestana Palace and several of Chef Kiko's projects. Returning to his origins, he fuses tradition and modernity in a cuisine that values local produce, authentic flavors and a consistent experience.
