Doors open for lunch at 12:00 p.m. and close at 4:30 p.m. Doors reopen for dinner at 6:30 p.m. and close at 11:00 p.m.—guests may enter and leave the venue at any time.

There are tables with seating scattered throughout the venue, as well as straw bales and sofas in select areas. It is not possible to reserve or reserve a table or seats.

Each ticket is individual and grants entry to the venue for one person only. However, you can use your drinks as you wish and are free to share them.

There will be several food stations each day. If you use up your meal credits and want to have seconds or try other dishes, you can always top up your ticket balance at any time.

The event offers vegetarian options, but does not guarantee vegan or gluten-free options.

In the event of an event cancellation, you may request a refund within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of public notification of the cancellation, in the manner specified by LOHAD. Regardless of the type of ticket purchased, the event is considered canceled only if more than half of the scheduled performances are suspended. Such suspension will be due to the inability of the chef or artist invited by Chefs on Fire to attend. LOHAD reserves the right to alter or modify the program, provided that the appearance of a chef or artist has been canceled for reasons beyond the festival’s control. In such cases, the festival will seek a replacement. The ticket price will not be refunded in the event of festival cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, closure of Portuguese airspace, or other acts of God. In the event of a ticket refund, please note that only the ticket price will be refunded. Travel, lodging, point-of-sale fees, or any other services related to the event that were purchased independently are at the buyer’s own risk, and LOHAD cannot refund these amounts under any circumstances.
