Doors open for lunch at 12:00 and close at 16:30. Doors open again for dinner at 6.30pm and close at 11pm - you can enter and leave the venue.
Yes, you can purchase your ticket at the venue. However, we strongly recommend buying it online for a quicker and more convenient experience, and to avoid lines on the day of the event.

There are tables with seating available throughout the venue, as well as hay bales and sofas in select areas. Reservations or seat bookings are not available
Animals are allowed, but their entry is not recommended for safety and food hygiene reasons (except for guide dogs, in accordance with current legislation).
Chefs on Fire uses 3cket's digital ticket technology, which allows your phone to be used for all interactions at the festival (entry and exit, consumption of portions or drinks, purchase of products or merchandise for sale at the venue, etc.). When you purchase your ticket through 3cket, you will immediately receive an SMS with a link to your ticket, which will include your QR code to use throughout the venue. If you wish to top up your ticket at any time, you can do so at the charging station (marked on the venue map) or directly from your phone via: MBway, VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Each ticket is individual and grants entry to the venue for one person only. However, you can use your portions as you wish and share them if you'd like.
Each day includes several food points. If you run out of your balance and want to repeat or try other dishes, you can always top up your ticket balance at any time.
The event offers vegetarian options, but cannot guarantee vegan or gluten-free options.
The remaining money can be refunded upon request within the timeframe specified in the 3cket app.

Although the tickets include food portions, you can always top up your ticket with money to purchase extra portions, drinks, and products for sale at the festival. The price of extra portions will be available at each collection point.
The price of drinks ranges from €2.5 to €14.
The portions will be 180 grams per dish.
In the event of cancellation of the festival, you may request a refund within a period no longer than thirty days from the date of the public cancellation notice, in the manner specified by LOHAD. Regardless of the type of ticket purchased, the event will only be considered cancelled if more than half of the scheduled performances are suspended. The suspension will occur due to the inability of the invited Chef or artist to attend. LOHAD reserves the right to alter or modify the program if the presence of a Chef/Artist is canceled for reasons beyond the festival's control. In such cases, the festival will seek a replacement. The price of the ticket(s) will not be refunded in case of cancellation due to poor weather conditions, natural disasters, closure of Portuguese airspace, or other force majeure causes. In the case of ticket refunds, we inform you that only the ticket price will be refunded. Travel, accommodation, commissions from ticket outlets, or any other services related to the event purchased independently are at the buyer's own risk and expense, and these amounts cannot be refunded by LOHAD under any circumstances.
The value of the ticket(s) will not be refunded in the event of the festival being canceled due to bad weather conditions, natural disasters, closure of Portuguese airspace or other causes of force majeure. In the case of ticket refunds, please note that only the value of the ticket will be refunded. Travel, accommodation, commissions from points of sale or any other services related to the event that have been purchased at the buyer's own expense, are at the buyer's own risk, and LOHAD will not be able to refund these amounts in any case.
